Really happy with our first trip. The only negative was a the pulled pork came out a little cold, but everything else went fine. The Cuban sandwich was top-notch. It has sliced pork loin, pulled pork, pickles, mustard, and swiss on a Cuban-style bread. Each ingredient was great and the combination was superb. It was also very large. Panera attempts a Cuban and it's laughably bad in comparison (admittedly, they used to make a better one years ago, Famous City's is much better). The smokehouse beans were good as well, especially for $1. They are sweeter than Hickory River's ranch beans and less chili-flavored, but both styles are good. The cole-slaw was ok - it was vinegar style, with very very little dressing. The mixed drinks that were on special were very good and were a good price. They offer drafts like 312, Stella Artois, Blue Moon, Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, Guinness, etc.. My personal opinion is that they could do much better, with the fantastic craft beers out these days. Those that drink at Rhodell's, Kelleher's, and Old Chicago would likely be underwhelmed by their selection. No IPA's, my favorite style, on bottle or draft. They did have a Boulevard representative (I think) in the bar when we were there, so things might be getting added. The parking lot is tight and I think they will have good business taxing their space. Overall, I was very happy.

NOT A PLACE FOR VEGETARIANS! They have absolutely no salads on the menu that are loaded with tons of cheese and meat. They say you can order the Salads vegetarian... which I did... only to get charged $7.99 for a small amount lettuce, tomatoes, soggy mushrooms, olive slices and a cumcumber slice. Also, they didn't have the dressing I requested and never told me. Just brought me something else I wouldn't eat. Feels great to overpay for some nasty dry lettuce. Won't ever go back and I'm so hungry right now that i hope they go out of business fast. :(
