  I have been to this restaurant 4 times now. Each time I have been there, the service is close to non existent. The salad bar was not set up on one occasion and on two other occasions, was only partially set up. Soup, which is part of the salad bar, must be requested, but had to be requested twice before being brought, with quite a bit of time between requests and the time we finally received our soup. Every single time, we have had to request silverware, even after the food was served. The wait for food when we ordered off the menu for a beef plate special, which should take 1 minute to prepare was around 20-25 minutes. Two groups of folks who came in after we did, ordered drinks, ordered food, were served, ate and ready to leave before we ever received our food. We had to wait 15 minutes each time to place our order, after we had been given menus, even though the place was empty. Once we had a friendly waitress, the rest of the time, the waitresses, while not unfriendly, were very unconcerned with customer service. Perhaps they split their tips and so are not concerned with service. The food is excellent and the lunch time prices are a great bargain. If the cook would wait the tables, the place may succeed, otherwise, this place will need to employ people who care about their job.
